Grace Restaurant offers a sophisticated, glamorous atmosphere reminiscent of the roaring 20s. This atmosphere has inspired some of Germany’s most famous figures, such as Marlene Dietrich, to sip champagne in the same hotel.

Grace Restaurant features details such as exposed brick walls, green leather armchairs, violet wall panels, a mirrored backboard, and amethyst bar top to create an ambience conducive to old Hollywood glamour.

It was nice to see the action inside the bar from the winter garden, which had a 5-meter long fireplace and tall windows. A chic and sophisticated setting where the flavors blend with the design of a New York townhouse, Grace Restaurant’s dining area, designed by architect Danya Lee, is inspired by a New York townhouse and resembles a New York townhouse.

Chef Martin Bruhn prepares the delicious meal at the Grace Restaurant using inspiration drawn from his travels to the world’s culinary capitals. Bangkok, Paris, Tokyo, and Mexico City all have their own flavors and influences in the dishes. These influences have been incorporated into the menu at Grace Restaurant.

The black truffle Wagyu beef steak served in Berlin with soy, sesame, and black truffles is one of the city’s most memorable steaks, as is the Bruhn’s rock shrimp and Maine lobster. Stunning, rich, and flavorful delicacies result from the Chef’s international influences. There are also new dishes to try at Bruhn each time you visit, so you will always have something to try.
